Morgan County is served by Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad and Amtrak Services supporting the Chicago-Denver-San Francisco run. Intermodal service is available in Denver.

Air
Both Brush and Fort Morgan have municipal airports with lighted runways that can service corporate jets. Commercial service is available at Denver International Airport, just an hour's drive from Morgan County.
