The communities in Morgan County consider incentives for new and expanding businesses as an investment in the future. Morgan County is designated as a Colorado Enterprise Zone, allowing qualifying businesses to take advantages of several tax credits. In addition, the cities and county can negotiate tax rebates, infrastructure improvements, and other financing to stimulate job creation and capital investment.
