MORGAN COUNTY DIVERSIFICATION FOUNDATION

established in 2022, the Morgan County Diversification Foundation (MCDF), a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization was formed to support a diverse economy through economic development and community development activities in Morgan County. 

MISSION STATEMENT:

to further strengthen entrepreneurial development and economic stability by boosting

the competitiveness and diversity of Morgan County - based businesses. 

GOALS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

2022

  • established Morgan County Diversification Foundation

  • raised approximately $12,000 during Bobstock Beer Garden

  • awarded $257,000 Congressionally Directed Spending

2023: 

  • raised approximately $12,000 during the Bobstock Beer Garden

  • identify funding opportunities: for the MCDF and MCEDC Investors

  • develop grant programs that support the businesses in Morgan County to diversify the economy and promote community wealth

2024:

  • further develop and implement grant programs to support MCEDC investor businesses
