Workforce Programs

Fort Morgan Workforce Center

A collaboration with the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment (CDLE), their services include career counseling and training, workshops and classes to help with resume creation, interview preparation, computer literacy, job fairs, and grant programs to defer the cost of tuition.

Colorado Rural Workforce Consortium

Connecting job seekers with potential employers located throughout 51 rural Colorado counties, including Morgan County.

Apprenticeship Colorado

Helping workers gain the skills and education they need with on-the-job training.

Veterans

All veterans and eligible spouses automatically receive Priority of Service to job listings, job fairs, and other services offered by Colorado’s Workforce Centers, including Fort Morgan.
