The Morgan County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC) is seeking an experienced and visionary professional to serve as its next Director of Economic Development. This full-time leadership position will guide efforts to support business retention and expansion, workforce development, tourism, strategic growth, and community investment throughout Morgan County, Colorado.

The Director will collaborate with local governments, businesses, educational institutions, and regional partners to advance initiatives that strengthen Morgan County's economy and enhance quality of life for residents. The position also oversees tourism initiatives, the Revolving Loan Fund, and the Morgan County Diversification Foundation.

Qualified candidates should possess at least five years of leadership experience in economic or community development and demonstrate a strong ability to build partnerships and drive strategic initiatives. The salary range is $65,000–$85,000 annually, accompanied by a competitive benefits package.
